Estancia Santa Barbara is having quite a summer. The new enclave of 72 luxury residences and townhomes situated on Upper State Street is nearing completion, with a limited number of homes available. On July 27, Estancia unveiled its final homes during a festive Spanish soirée for homeowners, brokers and prospective buyers. In the week following the event, several of the residences sold, with only a select number of unique floor plans remaining.
“The summer sales momentum has been exciting, and it’s a true testament to Santa Barbara—quality, community, and fun,” at Estancia shows the need for new, luxury residential offerings of this quality and caliber in the Santa Barbara market,” says Hana Cha, Managing Director of The Agency Development Group, which represents marketing and sales at Estancia. “Estancia offers the perfect blend of traditional Santa Barbara style and contemporary design, a combination that resonates with our casually sophisticated buyers.”
During the Spanish soirée, guests toured the new, furnished model residences, each featuring various Spanish-inspired culinary stations, and gathered at the community veranda for live music by We The Folk Band. Guests enjoyed paella and white sangria by Loquita, Spanish tapas and desserts by Poe & Co., and a live art demonstration and exhibit by local Santa Barbara artist Chris Potter. “It was impressive to see the thriving community of homeowners already established at Estancia and the surrounding neighbors, with 200+ guests—it had to be the talk of the town,” adds Hana.
The remaining single-story residences and multi-story townhomes feature two to three-bedroom floor plans, ranging up to 2,063 square feet. Open, airy living spaces feature ten-foot ceilings, expansive windows, French doors and private outdoor living spaces, many with sweeping views of the surrounding Santa Ynez Mountains. Master bedroom suites boast walk-in closets and freestanding tubs, while chef-worthy kitchens showcase quartz countertops, polished chrome fixtures and premier stainless-steel appliances.
The residential buildings encircle a central, open green space with a park-like setting and beautifully tiled, shaded veranda and fireplace for outdoor relaxing and entertaining. Within walking, biking or short driving distance is Santa Barbara’s picturesque waterfront, Historic State Street, The Funk Zone and the famed Urban Wine Trail.
Now through August 31, Estancia is offering special summer incentives on the last residences available. Inquire with the sales team at 805.244.9600 or visit EstanciaSantaBarbara.com.
